Support for conversational agents

  • Coveo for ServiceNow now supports conversational agents.

Caching added to token and interface requests

  • User tokens are now cached for a full user session, and search pages are now cached globally in a scoped cache. Anonymous users will share a common anonymous user token, that will be cached for 6 hours, to reduce the requests on public pages.
