Uninstalling Coveo for Salesforce

You may want to remove the Coveo for Salesforce package from a production or sandbox Salesforce organization to:

  • Uninstall a testing organization.
  • Downgrade.
  • Reinstall the package.

When you want to uninstall the package, you must delete everything that has been created by Coveo (components, classes, etc.) (see Uninstall a Package).

However, you might encounter the following error message:

Unable to uninstall package

This message is followed by a list of component types and a description of the issue. You should read every description and do what’s needed.
