As of the Coveo for Salesforce v5.2 release, the Coveo Visualforce (Classic) components have been deprecated. As a result, although the default Coveo-powered search interfaces are still available in the package, they’re no longer supported. For more information, see What’s new in v5?. |
Search pages inside Salesforce are built using Visualforce components and Lightning components where the markup of your search interfaces resides.
The markup uses the Coveo JavaScript Search Framework, an open-source fully-customizable framework made and maintained by Coveo.
Coveo for Salesforce adds its own custom components to the Coveo JavaScript Search Framework, designed specifically to be used inside Salesforce. You can find more information on those components by consulting its reference documentation (see JavaScript Components).
