The coveoProcessParsedRestResponse Pipeline Is Not Being Executed

Symptoms

Possible symptoms are:

  • You have upgraded to the October 2020 release of Coveo for Sitecore and your search interfaces are suddenly no longer rendering the proper search result clickable URIs because the ResolveResultClickableUriProcessor isn’t being invoked.

  • Custom processors you have inserted in the coveoProcessParsedRestResponse pipeline aren’t being invoked.

Cause

The coveoProcessParsedRestResponse pipeline isn’t called because of a change made in the October 2020 release of Coveo for Sitecore.

Resolution

The issue is resolved in the December 2020 release of Coveo for Sitecore. Upgrade to the December 2020 release.
