Integrate a Coveo Insight Attached Results component

The Coveo Insight Attached Results component is a packaged container component that displays the list of Coveo results that have been attached to a case using the Coveo Hosted Insight Panel. By adding this component to a Salesforce record page, you provide service agents with a centralized view of the Coveo results attached to a case, as well as the ability to detach results if necessary.

The Coveo Insight Attached Results component is compatible with search interfaces that are built with Lightning Web Components (LWCs) such as the Coveo Hosted Insight Panel. If you’ve integrated an Aura-based Coveo Insight Panel Lightning Component into your Salesforce organization, you must use the Coveo Attached Results component instead. |
Prerequisites

You’ve installed and configured Coveo for Salesforce v6.6 or a later release.

You’ve integrated a Coveo Hosted Insight Panel into your Salesforce organization and you’ve added it to a record page.

You’ve enabled the Attach to Case result action in the Insight Panel builder configuration.
Add the Insight Attached Results component

In Salesforce, access Lightning Service Console.

Open a case record.

In the upper-right corner of the page, click the Setup icon button (
), and then select Edit Page. -
In the Lightning App Builder, drag the Coveo Insight Attached Results component onto the record page to the location of your choosing.
The Coveo Insight Attached Results component and the Coveo Hosted Insight Panel component must be present on the same record page to function correctly.

In the upper-right corner, click Save.

In the upper-left corner, click Back to return to the case record.

The Coveo Insight Attached Results component is now available on the record page. You can use it to view the Coveo results that have been attached to a case. You can also detach results directly from the component if necessary.
Known limitations
The Coveo Insight Attached Results component has the following limitations:

It isn’t compatible with custom Insight Panels built using the Coveo Quantic library.

It doesn’t support native Salesforce CaseArticle attachments.
