Synchronize your configuration

The Coveo for Salesforce configuration page includes a Synchronize your configuration button that you can use to keep your Coveo for Salesforce application up to date with your Coveo organization license and settings.

To synchronize your configuration

  1. Log in to Salesforce using an administrator account, if not already done.

  2. Ensure that your Salesforce organization is linked to a Coveo organization. See Configure the Coveo for Salesforce application for details.

  3. In Setup, search for and select Installed packages.

    Under Platform Tools, select Apps > Installed Packages.

    Under Build, select Installed Packages.

  4. Next to your Coveo Package, select Configure to access the Coveo for Salesforce configuration page.

  5. On the Coveo for Salesforce configuration page, click Synchronize your configuration.

  6. At the top of the page, a window appears:

    1. If the synchronization succeeded, you’ll see this message:

    2. If the synchronization failed, you’ll see this error message:

      Note

      The error message only appears when Coveo isn’t responding or your Access Token is invalid.
