User Actions

The UserActions component allows your agent to visualize every actions, such as queries or clicked documents, the user made before and after creating a case (see Add the UserActions component).

Recommendation Lightning Web Component

The Recommendation Lightning Web Component displays a predefined number of recommended results to your users, according to what they have been looking for (see Creating a Coveo Recommendation component).

Flows

The Flows are better supported, which helps you integrate existing and new Flows in your search experience.

Chatbots

There’s an Apex library that eases the use of Coveo APIs (SearchAPI and UsageAnalytics) from custom Apex, like Chatbots.

Custom Scripts in Lightning

Now, you can also use custom scripts in your Lightning Insight Panel, Attached Results, and Full Search components (see Add JavaScript to the Coveo for Salesforce Lightning components with custom code).
