The Service section of the Coveo Administration Console navigation menu offers tools to help you build intuitive and relevant support portals to help your end users and support agents find the information they need.

From the Service section, you can access the Case Assist page which lets you configure functionalities designed to increase user case deflection and decrease agent case resolution time.
