Configuration Guide

This guide introduces you to the different tools used to configure Coveo for Sitecore.

Coveo Control Panel Administration Access

The Coveo Control Panel Administration Access section contains information regarding the Coveo Search section in your Sitecore instance. The Coveo Search section is your Coveo for Sitecore hub, with links to the Command Center, to the Coveo Diagnostic Page and other support resources, and details about your Coveo for Sitecore license.

The Command Center

The Command Center was introduced in the late versions of Coveo for Sitecore 4.1 and has evolved in Coveo for Sitecore 5. In many cases, it eliminates the need to configure Coveo for Sitecore by editing configuration files directly. Refer to the About the Command Center section for instructions on accessing the Command Center, for information on the data it provides and on the operations it lets you perform.

The Configuration Files

Refer to the Introduction to the Coveo Configuration files section for information on locating the Coveo for Sitecore configuration files and a summary of individual file contents. Dedicated articles are provided for the most commonly customized configuration files with details on the settings they contain.

Your License

You’ll find the answers to all your Coveo license related questions in the Manage Your License section, from information on where to access your current license details, to Coveo for Sitecore edition features and limits. Instructions on how to upgrade are also provided.

The Coveo for Sitecore API

Coveo for Sitecore offers APIs to configure the solution or perform actions through code. Refer to the Access the API article for information on accessing the Swagger UI documentation endpoints.
