## July 2026 release (26.1.2)

### Support for conversational agents

* Coveo for ServiceNow now supports conversational agents.

### Caching added to token and interfaces requests

* User tokens are now cached for a full user session, and search pages are now cached globally in a scoped cache.
Anonymous users will share a common anonymous user token, that will be cached for 6 hours, to reduce the requests on public pages.
