DeveloperIn this article, we will briefly discuss each of the question types you can use when building a Visitor pulse survey and take a look at the options available to configure each question type.
Multiple choice
Multiple choice is a good option when you want to allow users to select one or more responses from a predefined list of responses or, using the other option, allow them to enter free text as their response:
Single choice
Single choice is a good option when you want to allow users to only select one of the configured responses or, using the other option, allow them to enter free text as their response.
This question type is configured in the same way as multiple choice questions.
Score
Score is a good option when you want to allow users to select a score on a scale as their response:
Text area
Text area is good option when you want to allow visitors to enter free text as their response, without having to select from a pre-configured option.
