Console (Lightning experience)

The Coveo for Salesforce integration offers a set of packaged Lightning components that you can use to create or supplement a Coveo-powered search interface or Insight Panel in your Salesforce console.

A component that lets you integrate a Coveo hosted search page in your Lightning Console app.

Coveo Hosted Insight Panel (formerly Coveo Quantic Insight Panel)

A component that lets you integrate a Coveo Hosted Insight Panel in your Lightning Console app. It enables your service agents to access valuable Coveo-powered content and user insights without leaving the case record they’re viewing or editing.

Coveo Insight Full Search

A component that displays the Coveo Hosted Insight Panel as a full page.

Coveo Result Actions for Lightning Insight Panel (v3.16+) and Hosted Insight Panel (v4.28+) implementations

Buttons such as Send to Email and Post to Feed that provide agents with one-click actions when hovering over search results in an Insight Panel.

Coveo Attached Results

A component that displays the results that have been attached to the current record.

Coveo Full Search

A component that lets you create a Coveo-powered full search page in your Lightning Console app.

Coveo Insight Panel Lightning Component

A component that lets you integrate a Coveo Insight Panel in your Lightning Console app. It provides users with the relevant results and information related to their cases or Chat sessions.

Experience Cloud (Lightning experience)

A component that lets you integrate a Coveo hosted search page in your Experience Cloud site.

Coveo Hosted Searchbox

A Coveo standalone search box for the Coveo hosted search pages in your Experience Cloud site.

Coveo Community Search

A component that lets you integrate a Coveo-powered full search page in your Experience Cloud site. It includes features such as facets, tabs, sorting, and pagination.

Coveo Community Searchbox

A Coveo standalone search box for the Coveo-powered full search pages in your Experience Cloud site. This search box offers advanced features such as query suggestions, query correction, and facet value suggestions.

Coveo Recommendation

A Lightning Web Component (LWC) that displays a list of recommended results, which are based on the recorded events and history of the user who is navigating the site.

Coveo Page View Tracker

A component that can be added to your Experience Cloud site to send usage analytics data to Coveo. The page view data gathered by this component is used by the Coveo Machine Learning (Coveo ML) Content Recommendation (CR) model to recommend pages to users.

Coveo Case Deflection

A component that helps your Experience Cloud site users self-serve instead of logging a case while filling out a Salesforce Case Creation Form by displaying relevant results as recommended solutions to their issue.

Console (Classic)

As of the Coveo for Salesforce v5.2 release, the Coveo Visualforce (Classic) components are no longer supported (see What’s new in v5?). Your existing Coveo Classic search interfaces, however, will continue to load and work like before.

A component that displays the results that have been attached to a case by an agent in the Coveo Insight Panel Classic Component.

Coveo BoxCreateArticle

A button in the Coveo Insight Panel Classic Component that allows you to create a Knowledge Base (KB) article directly from a result related to the currently viewed case.

Coveo Insight Panel Classic Component

A component that automatically displays the most relevant information about the selected Salesforce objects in the currently viewed Salesforce page.

Coveo UserActions Visualforce component

A component that allows agents to use usage analytics event data to quickly visualize the user’s journey before they created a case.
