Uninstall Coveo for Salesforce

This is for:

Developer System Administrator

You may want to remove the Coveo for Salesforce package from your Salesforce production or sandbox organization to:

  • Uninstall a testing organization

  • Downgrade

  • Reinstall the package

To uninstall the package, delete everything that has been created by Coveo (for example, components and classes).

You may encounter the following error message:

Unable to uninstall package

If that occurs, the error message will likely be followed by a list of component types and issue descriptions. Read each description and perform the necessary actions.
