Standard reports
The Reports (platform-ca | platform-eu | platform-au) page of the Coveo Administration Console provides access to the standard reports. This page includes predefined reports and provides dashboards and explorers templates that you can customize with filters, metrics, and dimensions.

Visit Browser
The Visit Browser (platform-ca | platform-eu | platform-au) of the Coveo Administration Console provides a review and analysis of user visits to your search solution. It helps validate implementations and monitor Coveo Analytics events. You can also use this page to filter or export visits that match specific criteria.

Advanced Reports
The Advanced Reports (platform-ca | platform-eu | platform-au) page of the Coveo Administration Console provides access to the commerce dashboards. These dashboards are designed to help you better understand the performance of your Coveo-powered commerce site by providing charts of key metrics specific to e-commerce (for example, conversion rate, total revenue, and more).

Snowflake reporting
The Raw Data (platform-ca | platform-eu | platform-au) page of the Coveo Administration Console provides access to your data in Snowflake. You have two options:

On the Reader Account (platform-ca | platform-eu | platform-au) subtab, you can create a Snowflake Reader Account to directly access your data, and then explore and export as needed. This option is intended for clients who don’t have a Snowflake account but want to retrieve their data with SQL queries or with their own choice of BI tools.

On the Data Share (platform-ca | platform-eu | platform-au) subtab, you can initiate a data share and retrieve your data if you already have a Snowflake account. You can extract and integrate your data into your account and leverage it with SQL queries or with your choice of BI tools.

Data Health
The Data Health (platform-ca | platform-eu | platform-au) page of the Coveo Administration Console monitors the health of your organization data. It provides insights into the quality and completeness of your analytics data by applying data validation criteria to detect potential issues. You can use this page to identify inconsistencies by inspecting how each event impacts your overall data health.

Data Exports
The Data Exports (platform-ca | platform-eu | platform-au) tab in the Coveo Administration Console provides the tools to export your raw data to a set of CSV files or schedule regular exports as needed.

Coveo Explorer
The Coveo Explorer is a Chrome extension that helps you validate and inspect the events your Coveo implementation sends. By accessing the Explorer while interacting with your search solution, you can see a live timeline of events, check their structure, and confirm they’re correctly formatted for Coveo Analytics.
