Update - Modified the "Monitor system performance" article
This article has been updated to reflect the addition of peak queries per second (QPS) in the Queries tab on the System Performance page.

New - Published the Hosted MCP Server documentation
The Hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server allows third-party LLM apps and AI agent frameworks to seamlessly access Coveo’s enterprise search and retrieval capabilities. It enables these apps and frameworks to dynamically invoke Coveo’s Search, Fetch, Answer, and Passage Retrieval tools without the need for custom integrations.

Update - Modified the "Troubleshooting Sitemap source issues" article
This article has been updated to include the Caching section among the possible causes of content freshness issues.
It describes resolution steps, such as appending a cache-busting ?__coveo=1 parameter and serving JavaScript-rendered sitemaps with the Content-Type: text/html or application/xhtml+xml header.

Coveo for Agentforce
Release - Published the Coveo for Agentforce 2.0 documentation
Published the documentation to support the Coveo for Agentforce 2.0 release. This release features Coveo Passage Retrieval API action improvements such as flex prompt template support and the ability to send custom context to the Coveo Passage Retrieval API.

Update - Modified the "Coveo for Agentforce" collection
Coveo for Agentforce provides Coveo-powered Agentforce actions that you can use to extend the capabilities of your Agentforce AI agents. The articles in this collection have been refactored to include the new Coveo Case Classification API action, which brings real-time case classification to your Agentforce AI agents.

New - Published the Relevance-Aware Sponsored Product documentation
This new set of articles covers the Relevance-Aware Sponsored Products feature. It explains how to integrate a third-party retail media network with the Commerce API and how to create sponsored product pin rules for search and product listing pages in the Coveo Merchandising Hub.

New - Published the "Use context mappings" article
This article explains how to use context mappings to extend Commerce API requests with custom fields and route their values to specific destinations at query time, such as query pipeline context, Coveo ML context, or field aliases.

New - Published the "CMH Overview" article
This article introduces the new CMH Overview page, which serves as the landing page when opening the Coveo Merchandising Hub (CMH). The Overview page gives merchandisers an at-a-glance view of key performance metrics across all merchandising solutions. It includes five interactive metric cards for attributed revenue, revenue per visit, average order value, conversion rate, and clickthrough rate, along with trend visualization and time-period comparison. The detailed breakdown section displays daily performance data across search, product listing pages, and recommendation slots.

Update - Modified the About Product Recommendations (PR) collection
Updated the “About Product Recommendations (PR)” collection to reflect the new UI flow for creating and associating Coveo ML Product Recommendation models.
A new Product recommendation strategies article was added to provide details about the available strategies that can be used when associating a PR model with a query pipeline.

Update - Modified the "Add a Salesforce source" article
This article has been updated to include the new Approve Uninstalled Connected Apps crawling user permission, as well as the new "Install the Coveo Connected Apps" section. Installing the Coveo Connected Apps that apply to your use case is now necessary to fetch refresh tokens and to authenticate the Coveo crawling user.
