Quota
A Quota is a usage threshold set by Coveo to ensure platform performance and fair use.
If your usage exceeds a quota, Coveo blocks or throttles further activity, depending on the quota.
Unlike entitlements, quotas aren’t defined in your Coveo contract. So, in some cases, Coveo may be able to increase your quota. If you require additional capacity, email the Coveo subscription team to explore available options.
You can review your organization’s quotas on the License & Usage (platform-ca | platform-eu | platform-au) page of the Coveo Administration Console, along with your current usage.
