Quota
A Quota is a usage threshold set by Coveo to ensure platform performance and fair use.
If your usage exceeds a quota, Coveo blocks or throttles further activity, depending on the quota. In some cases, Coveo may be able to increase your quota. If you require additional capacity, contact Coveo Support to explore available options.
You can review your organization’s quotas on the License & Usage (platform-ca | platform-eu | platform-au) page of the Coveo Administration Console, along with your current usage.
If a quota appears in your Coveo contract, it’s called an entitlement. An entitlement is a type of quota, but not all quotas are entitlements.
