Quota or entitlement vs limit at Coveo

A Limit is a usage ceiling that can’t be exceeded without compromising the performance and stability of the Coveo Platform. Limits protect your organization’s search performance and ensure reliable results for your end users. They apply to all Coveo customers.

The entitlements and quotas that apply to your Coveo organization are typically under the platform limits. However, if your usage reaches a limit, Coveo blocks or throttles further activity, depending on the limit. You can’t request an increase to a limit.

You can review your organization’s entitlements and quotas on the License & Usage (platform-ca | platform-eu | platform-au) page of the Coveo Administration Console, along with your current usage.
