Entitlement
An Entitlement is a usage allowance included in your Coveo subscription. It defines what your organization is contractually authorized to use. For example, you may be entitled to one million content items in your index, or to 200,000 recommendation queries per month (RQPM).
You can review your organization’s entitlements on the License & Usage (platform-ca | platform-eu | platform-au) page of the Coveo Administration Console, along with your current usage.
If your usage exceeds an entitlement, Coveo may block or throttle further activity, depending on the entitlement. A Coveo representative will reach out in case of consistent overuse.
