Certificate authority change

This is for:

System Administrator

On March 1st 2023, Coveo changed its certificate authority from GoDaddy to Amazon Trust Services. Amazon Trust Services is the public certificate authority used by AWS Certificate Manager.

For most Coveo implementations, this change should be transparent. However, if you have implemented custom logic that explicitly vets the previous certificate authority, you will likely need to adjust that logic.

Because certificate authority configuration is highly dependent on your specific implementation, we can’t provide extensive migration guidance. Refer to Amazon Trust Services for information about the certificate authority.
