Certificate authority change
This is for:
System AdministratorOn March 1, 2023, Coveo changed its certificate authority from GoDaddy to Amazon Trust Services. Amazon Trust Services is the public certificate authority used by AWS Certificate Manager.
For most Coveo implementations, this change should be transparent. However, if you have implemented custom logic that explicitly vets the previous certificate authority, you will likely need to adjust that logic.
Because certificate authority configuration is highly dependent on your specific implementation, we can’t provide extensive migration guidance. Refer to Amazon Trust Services for information about the certificate authority.
Legacy endpoints
The legacy cloudplatform.coveo.com and usageanalytics.coveo.com endpoints continued to use a GoDaddy certificate after March 1, 2023.
On October 26, 2026, they’ll use a certificate issued by Amazon Trust Services instead.
Hostnames and APIs will remain unchanged.
This certificate change doesn’t affect the deprecated status of these endpoints. To avoid disruption from this and future certificate changes, use your organization endpoints instead. For more information, see Endpoint deprecation and other endpoint-related changes.
