Deprecation of Coveo for Sitecore versions for Sitecore 10.1 and older

Sitecore’s extended support for versions 10.1 and older ends on December 31, 2026.

Scope

This end of support announcement applies to you if you’re using Coveo for Sitecore on one of these Sitecore XP/XM versions.

What happens after the end of support?

There’s no immediate impact on users in terms of functionality.

However, Coveo no longer provides support for Coveo for Sitecore customers using Sitecore 10.1 or older. Additionally, Coveo for Sitecore download links that target Sitecore 10.1 and older are removed from the documentation site.

To maintain eligibility for hotfixes, Coveo for Sitecore upgrades, and support, customers must upgrade to a supported combination of Sitecore and Coveo for Sitecore.
