Touchpoint

A Touchpoint is an interaction between a user and one of Coveo’s product discovery solutions. When a user completes a purchase, these touchpoints map their journey and are used to determine which solutions should be credited for the purchase. For example, when a user clicks an item in a list of search results, they’re interacting with the search solution. Because Coveo tracks touchpoints, this product will be attributed to the search solution after the purchase.
