Choose the right ServiceNow Insight Panel component

Coveo for ServiceNow provides the following Insight Panel component options:

  • Coveo Hosted Insight Panel (Recommended) It’s a packaged container component that’s built on Coveo’s latest technology (Coveo Headless and Coveo Atomic), which allows you to easily integrate a Coveo Hosted Insight Panel in ServiceNow. This component is available in Coveo for ServiceNow v25.1.5+.

  • Coveo Atomic (Custom) It’s a library for assembling powerful search interfaces and Insight Panels. This option is only recommended for new implementations that require a high degree of customization. Contact your Coveo Sales representative for more information.

  • Coveo Insight Panel (Legacy) It’s a packaged container component that’s built on Coveo’s older JSUI technology. This option isn’t recommended for new implementations.
