While configuring Coveo for ServiceNow, administrators are encouraged to use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. This recommendation doesn’t apply to your users; they can use any of the supported browsers.

Coveo for ServiceNow and the Coveo JavaScript Search Framework support the same browser versions for the search interfaces and the Interface Editor (see Supported Browsers - Coveo JavaScript Search Framework). Both support the same mobile operating system versions as well.
