Product vector
A Product vector signifies the relative position of a product within a catalog entity vector space. It’s the result of a product embedding procedure, which assigns each product a position in a vector space based on its attributes. In this space, similar products are grouped close to each other, while products that are different are far from each other.
Product vectors play an important role in Coveo Personalization-as-you-go models, as they enable identifying products that are tailored to the customer’s current shopping intents.
