Use key terms and concepts sparingly (no overuse of keywords).

For company logos, just name the company or the product (for example, Microsoft, Microsoft SharePoint).

When the image is only text (for example, button label), use that text.
Inclusion
Use gender-neutral language.
Avoid the use of pronouns (he/she); instead, repeat the subject or use "they".
Use "blocklist" and "allowlist", not "blacklist" and "whitelist".
Use "agent", not "slave".
