New features and enhancements

  • Coveo Passage Retrieval API action now supports prompt templates

    You can now create a custom prompt template to deploy the Coveo Passage Retrieval API action. This option provides greater flexibility and control over the action’s behavior.

  • Custom context can now be sent to the Coveo Passage Retrieval API

    You can now create a custom Apex class to either send additional context or case record context to the Coveo Passage Retrieval API. This enhancement allows your AI agents to provide more relevant and personalized responses based on the specific context of each interaction.
