### New features and enhancements

* **Coveo Passage Retrieval API action now supports prompt templates**

You can now [create a custom prompt template](https://docs.coveo.com/en/p5fa9004#create-a-custom-prompt-template-action-recommended) to deploy the **Coveo Passage Retrieval API** action.
This option provides greater flexibility and control over the action's behavior.

* **Custom context can now be sent to the Coveo Passage Retrieval API**

You can now create a custom Apex class to send [additional context](https://docs.coveo.com/en/p8pb4190/) such as [case record context](https://docs.coveo.com/en/p93f0222/) to the Coveo Passage Retrieval API.
This enhancement allows your AI agents to provide more relevant and personalized responses based on the specific context of each interaction.
