Limited offerings

Coveo may make available to Customer certain products or services for evaluation and testing purposes, including trials, pilots, free or developer accounts, pre-release features or beta products (each a “Limited Offering”). Customer’s use of a Limited Offering will be subject to the applicable terms of the Coveo Customer Agreement and this page. A Customer may not use a Limited Offering for competitive analysis or similar purposes. Coveo may change or discontinue a Limited Offering at any time and for any reason, or chose not to release a Limited Offering into general availability, without any liability to Customer. At the end of the Term of the Limited Offering (as indicated on Coveo’s website, an Order or as otherwise communicated by Coveo), Customer will immediately cease all use of the Limited Offering. Any data entered into the Limited Offering, and any configuration or customization made to the Limited Offering may be lost. Customer hereby acknowledges that the Limited Offering is provided by Coveo on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Law, Coveo disclaims all obligations or liabilities with respect to the Limited Offering, including any Support and Maintenance, warranties, liabilities and indemnification obligations.

Pre-release of Coveo Relevance Generative Answering

The following limitations apply to customers testing Coveo Relevance Generative Answering (RGA) in beta. Please refer to the Product Entitlements documentation for conditions applicable to customers who subscribe to the generally available version of RGA.

  • Limited Availability: The pre-release version may have limited availability. We will strive to provide you with the best experience, but there may be occasional downtime, interruptions, or changes in functionality.

  • No Warranties: We cannot guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or performance of the pre-release version. As it is a work in progress, you may encounter unexpected results or errors.

  • Support Services and Feedback: We encourage you to provide us with feedback, including bug reports, feature requests, and suggestions for improvement. Your feedback will help shape the final version of our offering. However, please note that our support for the beta version will not be subject to our standard support terms and process, and we may not be able to address all issues immediately.

  • Data Security: Given the nature of beta testing, unforeseen security vulnerabilities may arise. Therefore, we recommend avoiding the use of sensitive or confidential data during this phase.

  • Business Metrics: You are responsible to ensure that any business metrics or data provided to us are accurate and complete, and that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide such data.

  • Confidentiality: We kindly request that you adhere to the confidentiality obligations between our companies. The pre-release version and any related information or feedback should not be shared or disclosed to any third parties, unless specifically approved by Coveo.
