Coveo for Sitecore Installation Guide

This is for:

Developer System Administrator

Coveo for Sitecore is a simple package containing Sitecore items, assemblies and configuration files. The installation process will also establish the connection to Coveo Cloud or an On-Premises Coveo Enterprise Search installation.

If you don’t fully grasp the difference between the Coveo Platform and Coveo for Sitecore, we recommend that you read Understanding the Architecture of Coveo for Sitecore.

Installing Coveo for Sitecore

The installation process of Coveo for Sitecore is done in 3 steps:

  • Deploying the content to Sitecore
  • Configuring Coveo for Sitecore
  • Activating Coveo for Sitecore
