Configuring the Top Results Folder

With Coveo Cloud, Top Results have been renamed Featured Results and are managed from the Query Pipelines. See Manage Featured Result Rules.

When installing the Coveo for Sitecore package, a folder is created in the Sitecore Content Tree to store the top result items. By default, the folder path is /sitecore/system/Modules/Coveo/Top Results. You can decide at any time to change the location of the top results folder in the Sitecore Content Tree.

Here is how to configure the location of the top results folder:

  1. Open the configuration dialog (Control Panel › Coveo Search › Configure › Top Results Folder).

  2. Modify the location of the Top Results folder, then click the Next button.

  3. A new Top Results folder is created at the specified location as shown below.

  4. The Top Results folder has the insert options already set up, so it’s easy to create new Top Results.
