Deploying Coveo for Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a Portal

By deploying Coveo for Microsoft Dynamics 365 in your Microsoft Dynamics 365 portal, you make your Dynamics 365 content and content from other sources available to your customers visiting your portal site (see Deliver web engagement experience with portal capabilities for Dynamics 365). As a result, it’s easier for your community to find the content that’s the most relevant to its needs.

  • A Coveo for Microsoft Dynamics 365 license

  • A Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement portal that’s up and running
