Managing Named Filters

You can use the Analytics section of the administration console navigation menu to create named filters (sets of filters) when they use or plan to use the same filters on multiple reports (see Who Can Perform the Page Actions).

You notice that many of your reports contain the same filters, so you decide to regroup them under one named filter to currently save space and time in the future when creating reports that require these filters.

Named filters can be added to any reports, renamed, modified or deleted at any time.

Named filters can also be added in usage analytics exports and in the Visit Browser.

You can open your reports and look for groups of filters that appear in more than one report.
