The Insight Panel automatically leverages the information in the ServiceNow record, including the keywords the agent types, to proactively display the most contextually relevant content. This lets users search various [sources](https://docs.coveo.com/en/246/) of content directly on the page in which they're working. Coveo for ServiceNow offers the Coveo Hosted Insight Panel, Coveo Insight Panel (legacy), and the Coveo Atomic Insight Panel (custom) solutions. If you're using Coveo for ServiceNow v25.1.5+, use the Coveo Hosted Insight Panel to benefit from the latest features and improvements.
