# Passage queries per month
{doctitle} (PQPM) is a measure of the total number of passage [queries](https://docs.coveo.com/en/231/), which are defined as calls to the Passage Retrieval API, that are used to request passages from a [CPR](https://docs.coveo.com/en/oaie9196/) model over a period of one month.
