The Hosted Insight Panel is easy to implement and configure, without the need to write code. ## Overview The Hosted Insight Panel solution is built on Coveo's latest technology, including [Coveo Headless](https://docs.coveo.com/en/headless/latest/), [Coveo Atomic](https://docs.coveo.com/en/atomic/latest), and [Coveo Quantic](https://docs.coveo.com/en/quantic/latest/) (Salesforce only), which are libraries for assembling powerful and responsive Coveo-powered [search interfaces](https://docs.coveo.com/en/2741/), [Insight Panels](https://docs.coveo.com/en/2898/), and more! The following diagram provides a high-level overview of the Hosted Insight Panel solution. ![Solution Overview](https://docs.coveo.com/en/assets/images/coveo-customer-service/hip-vanilla-solution-overview.png) In a nutshell, the solution includes three key components: * The [Coveo Administration Console](https://docs.coveo.com/en/183/) lets you create and manage a Hosted Insight Panel configuration (see [Step 2: Create a Hosted Insight Panel Configuration](https://docs.coveo.com/en/m7ak9250#step-2-create-a-hosted-insight-panel-configuration)). * The **Coveo Insight Panel Builder** lets you design and build a Hosted Insight Panel interface without writing any code (see [Step 3: Build a Hosted Insight Panel interface](https://docs.coveo.com/en/m7ak9250#step-3-build-a-hosted-insight-panel-interface)). * The **Coveo Hosted Insight Panel** component lets you integrate a Hosted Insight Panel in your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Customer Service Management (CSM) system (see [Step 4: Integrate a Hosted Insight Panel](https://docs.coveo.com/en/m7ak9250#step-4-integrate-a-hosted-insight-panel)). ## Step 1: Optimize search performance Prior to [creating a Hosted Insight Panel configuration](https://docs.coveo.com/en/m7ak9250#step-2-create-a-hosted-insight-panel-configuration), we strongly recommend creating the following [Coveo Machine Learning (Coveo ML)](https://docs.coveo.com/en/188/) [models](https://docs.coveo.com/en/1012/) to enhance the search experience of your service agents: > **Important** > > [Smart Snippets](https://docs.coveo.com/en/laea5490/) and [Relevance Generative Answering (RGA)](https://docs.coveo.com/en/nbtb6010/) aren't supported in the same Hosted Insight Panel interface. > You must enable one or the other. * [Automatic Relevance Tuning (ART)](https://docs.coveo.com/en/1013/) with the [Intelligent Term Detection (ITD)](https://docs.coveo.com/en/207/) option configured (see [Create and manage an Automatic Relevance Tuning model](https://docs.coveo.com/en/3397/)).
