# Create Insight Panels with the builder
The Coveo Insight Panel Builder is an intuitive tool designed to let you build [Insight Panels](https://docs.coveo.com/en/2898/) without writing any code.
The interfaces built using the Insight Panel Builder can be deployed to popular Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce or Customer Service Management (CSM) systems such as ServiceNow.

The Insight Panel Builder is available once you've [created an Insight Panel configuration](https://docs.coveo.com/en/m5k70425#add-an-insight-panel-configuration). It's accessible via the [**Insight Panel**](https://platform.cloud.coveo.com/admin/#/orgid/service/insight-panel/) ([platform-ca](https://platform-ca.cloud.coveo.com/admin/#/orgid/service/insight-panel/) | [platform-eu](https://platform-eu.cloud.coveo.com/admin/#/orgid/service/insight-panel/) | [platform-au](https://platform-au.cloud.coveo.com/admin/#/orgid/service/insight-panel/)) page of the [Coveo Administration Console](https://docs.coveo.com/en/183/), and relies on Coveo's latest UI framework, [Coveo Headless](https://docs.coveo.com/en/headless/latest/), which supports both the [Coveo Quantic](https://docs.coveo.com/en/quantic/latest/) (Salesforce only) and [Coveo Atomic](https://docs.coveo.com/en/atomic/latest/) libraries.

## Features

### Result templates

Result templates set how individual query results appear in the Hosted Insight Panel based on certain conditions.
For example, you can display PDF and Web results differently.
The **Search results display** panel lets you create result templates, configure display options, and enable result actions and tags (see [Configure result templates](https://docs.coveo.com/en/n8sa0194/)).

### Filtering options

The **Filtering options** panel lets you configure navigation components such as [facets](https://docs.coveo.com/en/198/) and [tabs](https://docs.coveo.com/en/1406/) quickly and easily (see [Configure filtering options](https://docs.coveo.com/en/n8sa0269/)).

### Settings

The **Settings** panel lets you access the Hosted Insight Panel's [configuration ID](https://docs.coveo.com/en/m5k70425#edit-an-insight-panel-configuration), as well as enable key features such as [Smart Snippets](https://docs.coveo.com/en/laea5490/), [Relevance Generative Answering (RGA)](https://docs.coveo.com/en/nbtb6010/), [Insight Full Search](https://docs.coveo.com/en/m7ed8015#insight-full-search) (Salesforce only), and User Actions (see [Configure settings](https://docs.coveo.com/en/n8sa0455/)).

### Version history

The **Version history** panel lets you view, manage, and restore earlier versions of your Coveo Insight Panel Builder implementation. A new version is generated every time you save changes in the builder (see [Manage version history](https://docs.coveo.com/en/n8n70134/)).

## Access the Insight Panel Builder

. On the [**Insight Panel**](https://platform.cloud.coveo.com/admin/#/orgid/service/insight-panel/) ([platform-ca](https://platform-ca.cloud.coveo.com/admin/#/orgid/service/insight-panel/) | [platform-eu](https://platform-eu.cloud.coveo.com/admin/#/orgid/service/insight-panel/) | [platform-au](https://platform-au.cloud.coveo.com/admin/#/orgid/service/insight-panel/)) page, click the desired Insight Panel configuration, and then click **Edit** in the Action bar.

. Under **Insight Panel Builder**, click **Edit interface**.
