License

The License page displays several pieces of information regarding your Coveo for Microsoft Dynamics 365 license (see About the Configuration Interface). This page also allows a system administrator to change the Coveo Cloud organization to which Coveo for Microsoft Dynamics 365 is linked (see Link to a Coveo Cloud Organization).

The information displayed in the License page is the following. You cannot edit this information. Contact Coveo to upgrade or extend your license.

  • The Organization name and Organization ID indicate to which Coveo Cloud organization Coveo for Microsoft Dynamics 365 is linked (see Link to a Coveo Cloud Organization).
  • The License expiration date indicates when your Coveo Cloud organization expires. After this date, if you do not renew your subscription, you lose access to your organization.
  • The License type indicates which Coveo license you have.
  • The Product type indicates whether your license is a trial or a regular one.
  • The Product edition indicates which product edition you use.

Switching Coveo Cloud Organizations

You can change the Coveo Cloud organization to which Coveo for Microsoft Dynamics 365 is linked (see Link to a Coveo Cloud Organization).

  1. Click Switch Organization.
  2. Click Connect to Coveo Platform.
  3. If prompted, log in with your Office 365 account.
  4. In the drop-down menu, select the Coveo organization you want to link to Coveo for Microsoft Dynamics 365, and then click Next.
  5. Coveo for Microsoft Dynamics 365 saves your changes and brings you directly to the Sources page (see Sources).
