# Grant login access to your Salesforce account
To help you troubleshoot issues with your Coveo for Salesforce implementation, you may need to give login access to your Salesforce account to a Coveo Support representative.

You can achieve this by following the steps listed in [Grant Login Access](https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=granting_login_access.htm&type=5) and granting access to **Coveo Solutions Inc. Support** for the desired period.
