# Named filter
A [Coveo Analytics](https://docs.coveo.com/en/182/) {doctitle} is a custom filter that can be reused in [reports](https://docs.coveo.com/en/266/), exports, and the [Visit Browser](https://docs.coveo.com/en/274/).

Don't confuse this filter with the [permission filter](https://docs.coveo.com/en/265/).
