The **Summary** dashboard in [Coveo Administration Console](https://docs.coveo.com/en/183/) [reports](https://docs.coveo.com/en/266/) can be reviewed often to identify potential business issues. You can look for changes in trends or queried topics (see [Review trends from the Summary dashboard](https://docs.coveo.com/en/1559/)). While some changes will be expected, others may reveal important business issues. **Examples** * Following the release of a new surfboard on your sports supplies Coveo-powered commerce interface, customers may encounter issues with a part of the product.
