--- title: Add explorers slug: '1892' canonical_url: https://docs.coveo.com/en/1892/ collection: coveo-analytics source_format: adoc --- # Add explorers Members with the [required privileges](https://docs.coveo.com/en/3151/) can use the **Analytics** section of the [Coveo Administration Console](https://docs.coveo.com/en/183/) navigation menu to create custom [data](https://docs.coveo.com/en/259/) [explorers](https://docs.coveo.com/en/261/). As a member of one of these groups, you can create and use custom explorers to focus only on the Coveo Analytics data that you need. You can also use the pre-configured explorers to focus on specific analytics data aspects. Starting from any pre-configured explorer or from a nearly empty explorer, you can add or remove [filters](https://docs.coveo.com/en/2736/), [metrics](https://docs.coveo.com/en/263/), and [dimensions](https://docs.coveo.com/en/258/), and then save the modifications as a new custom explorer (see [Dimensions](https://docs.coveo.com/en/1904/) and [Metrics](https://docs.coveo.com/en/2041/)).
