--- title: Manage access to reports slug: '1888' canonical_url: https://docs.coveo.com/en/1888/ collection: coveo-analytics source_format: adoc --- # Manage access to reports The [**Reports**](https://platform.cloud.coveo.com/admin/#/orgid/usage/reports/) ([platform-ca](https://platform-ca.cloud.coveo.com/admin/#/orgid/usage/reports/) | [platform-eu](https://platform-eu.cloud.coveo.com/admin/#/orgid/usage/reports/) | [platform-au](https://platform-au.cloud.coveo.com/admin/#/orgid/usage/reports/)) page in the **Analytics** section of the [Coveo Administration Console](https://docs.coveo.com/en/183/) displays [Coveo Analytics reports](https://docs.coveo.com/en/266/) for your [Coveo organization](https://docs.coveo.com/en/185/). It also allows members with the [required privileges](https://docs.coveo.com/en/1888#required-privileges) to manage report access. These reports can be either [dashboards](https://docs.coveo.com/en/256/) or [explorers](https://docs.coveo.com/en/261/). You can control which [members](https://docs.coveo.com/en/2869/) of your organization are permitted to see specific dashboards or explorers directly within the reports themselves. This is useful for organizations with many custom explorers and dashboards, because it ensures that Coveo Administration Console users can only access the reports that are relevant to them. > **Important** > > A dashboard or explorer with access restrictions isn't secured. > Although it's only visible in the report list to members who have been granted access, anyone with the correct URL can see a report to which they haven't been granted access using the method described in this article. ## Manage Access to Reports . On the [**Reports**](https://platform.cloud.coveo.com/admin/#/orgid/usage/reports/) ([platform-ca](https://platform-ca.cloud.coveo.com/admin/#/orgid/usage/reports/) | [platform-eu](https://platform-eu.cloud.coveo.com/admin/#/orgid/usage/reports/) | [platform-au](https://platform-au.cloud.coveo.com/admin/#/orgid/usage/reports/)) page, do one of the following: ** Double-click the dashboard or explorer. ** Click the dashboard or explorer, and then click **Open** in the Action bar. . In the upper-right corner of the report, click icon:dots-circle-horizontal[alt=dots-circle-horizontal,width=16], and then select **Manage report access**. . In the **Manage Report Access** panel that appears, define who has access to the report by selecting one of the following options: ** **Only me** ** [[UsageAnalysts]]**Members with analytics privileges** Members with analytics privileges are group members with the View right on the Analytics data, Named filters, Reports, Custom dimensions, and Permission filters privileges. ** **Custom** ... Select **Custom**, and then click **Add identity**. ... Under **Identity type**, select whether you want to allow a member or a group to access the report. ... Under **Member** or **Group**, depending on the option you selected in the previous step, select the member or group that can access the report. You can filter member and group names by typing the desired name in the search box. The filter automatically applies as you type. ... Click **Add Identity**. ... Repeat this procedure to give multiple members or groups access to the report. > **Notes** > > * To edit a user or group, click the user or group name and edit accordingly. > > * To delete a user or group, click the corresponding [x]. .
