You can access the data from your [Coveo organization](https://docs.coveo.com/en/185/) by either creating a [Snowflake reader account](#reader-account), initializing [a data share](#data-share), or by creating a [data export](#data-exports). > **Notes** > > * The data that you can export can be limited by your [permissions](https://docs.coveo.com/en/1917/). > > * Developers can manage [data exports](https://docs.coveo.com/en/257/) programmatically (see [Create and retrieve data exports](https://docs.coveo.com/en/2849/)). > > * The [**Raw Data**](https://platform.cloud.coveo.com/admin/#/orgid/usage/raw-data/) ([platform-ca](https://platform-ca.cloud.coveo.com/admin/#/orgid/usage/raw-data/) | [platform-eu](https://platform-eu.cloud.coveo.com/admin/#/orgid/usage/raw-data/) | [platform-au](https://platform-au.cloud.coveo.com/admin/#/orgid/usage/raw-data/)) page and consequently, the Snowflake reader account, are available in production and in [sandbox](https://docs.coveo.com/en/2959#sandbox-organization) organizations. > The reader account in the sandbox organization is different than the one in the production organization, therefore events from one organization don't affect ones from the other. ## Reader account In the **Reader Account** subtab of the **Snowflake Access** tab, you can [create a Snowflake reader account](https://docs.coveo.com/en/l4gb2122/), and then directly explore and export your data as needed. You can also integrate solutions such as Tableau™, Power BI™, Informatica™, and Python™. Coveo provides a reader account for each Coveo organization. You can use it to explore your data and create customized exports. ![Reader account tab | Coveo Platform](https://docs.coveo.com/en/assets/images/coveo-analytics/reader-account-tab.gif) ## Data share In the **Data Share** subtab of the **Snowflake Access** tab, you can [use the **Data Share** feature](https://docs.coveo.com/en/m1rf0146/) to retrieve and integrate your data into your existing Snowflake account. The **Data Share** feature lets you access the data stored in Snowflake for all your organizations, such as sandbox and production, from one place. Consolidating all data into one database with Snowflake makes it easy to analyze data from multiple sources. For example, if you have deployments in two different organizations, you can combine the data into one single database. Therefore you can create reports between your internal as well as Coveo data. ![Data share tab | Coveo Platform](https://docs.coveo.com/en/assets/images/coveo-analytics/data-share-tab.gif) ## Data exports On the **Data Exports** tab, you can [export your data](https://docs.coveo.com/en/l9fb0345/) as a set of CSV files. You can then import the CSV files using a third-party tool, such as Microsoft Excel™, to perform advanced analysis or visualization. ![Data exports tab | Coveo Platform](https://docs.coveo.com/en/assets/images/coveo-analytics/data-exports-tab.gif) ## Required privileges To access the [**Raw Data**](https://platform.cloud.coveo.com/admin/#/orgid/usage/raw-data/) ([platform-ca](https://platform-ca.cloud.coveo.com/admin/#/orgid/usage/raw-data/) | [platform-eu](https://platform-eu.cloud.coveo.com/admin/#/orgid/usage/raw-data/) | [platform-au](https://platform-au.cloud.coveo.com/admin/#/orgid/usage/raw-data/)) page, you need the following privileges: [cols="2,3,2",options="header"] |=== |Actions |Service - Domain |Required access level |View Raw data page |Organization - Organization Analytics - Analytics data Analytics - Data exports Analytics - Snowflake management |View |===
