Reviewing Your Coveo Cloud V1 Organization License Information and Usage

In the administration console License Plan page, you can see your Coveo Cloud organization license type and expiration date. The page also presents the current Usage Summary of your Coveo organization and displays Account and Contacts information.

To review your organization usage and contact information

  1. If not already done, log in to your Coveo Organization.

  2. In the navigation bar on the left, under Organization, select License, and then select Plan.

  3. In the License Plan page:

    • See the license type (Standard in the above example) and expiration date of your Coveo Cloud organization.

      • Administrators will see a notification in the administration console when their Coveo Cloud organization is within one week away from expiration.

        Contact Coveo Sales to renew your license or to upgrade from a Trial to a Standard license.

      • An Organization ceases to operate when it expires. Coveo Insight Boxes or search interfaces connected to this Organization will no longer get search results.

    • In the Account section, review the details relative to your Coveo organization account.

    • In the Usage Summary section, review the numbers indicating the current Coveo Cloud organization usage for each type of content. Compare these numbers to the corresponding limits in your contractual license terms.

    • In the Contacts section, when you are an administrator of your Coveo Cloud organization, you can identify key people associated with the Organization and their respective roles.

  4. In the navigation bar on the left, under Organization, select License, and then select Source Usage.

  5. In the Source Usage page, review the numbers in the Source count and Document count columns, for each type of source, respectively to see the current number of sources and the current number of indexed items. Compare these numbers to the corresponding limits in your contractual license terms.
