# About Coveo system issue notifications
When there's an issue affecting the [Coveo Platform](https://docs.coveo.com/en/186.md) systems, you're notified through the home page of the Coveo Administration Console.
A message at the top of the page, above the Watchtower section, explains the issue.

In addition, [an icon appears in the Administration Console header](https://docs.coveo.com/en/1841.md#header):

Coveo system issues affecting multiple organizations are reported on the [Coveo Status page](https://status.cloud.coveo.com/).

It's possible that the service is affected only in a [satellite region](https://docs.coveo.com/en/2976.md#multi-region-deployments).
In such cases, the traffic falls back to the primary region.

> **Tip**
>
> To increase resiliency, consider a [multi-region deployment](https://docs.coveo.com/en/2976.md#multi-region-deployments).
> If your organization is deployed across multiple regions and the service is affected in a satellite region, the search requests fall back to your primary region.
