Coveo maintains a Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) defining the requirements for information security and the recovery of the Coveo Hosted Services in case of a major outage. Customers cannot participate in Coveo’s disaster recovery scenarios. However, in case of inconvenience, real-time system status is available through the Coveo Cloud V2 System Status page.
