Adding a Lithium Source
You can add the content of a Lithium community to your Coveo organization. Coveo indexes the messages and files posted in a Lithium community to make it searchable by all members of the Coveo organization.
The Lithium source doesn’t support incremental refresh. A source full refresh is required to update the source content (see Modify a Source Schedule).

Add a Lithium Source
To edit a Lithium source, see Edit the Source Configuration to Re-index its Content or Re-authorize the Access, and then follow the steps below, starting from step 4.
If not already done, log in to your Coveo organization.
In the navigation bar on the left, under Search Content, select Sources, and then click Add Source.
On the Add Source page, click Lithium.
When you create a source, you become the owner of the source.
In the Add/Edit a Lithium Community dialog box:
In the Source Name box, enter a descriptive name of your choice for the source.
In the Community’s URL box, enter the address of the Lithium server for the community that you want to index.
The Lithium community addresses can have the following forms:
When the Lithium community to index is private, click Authentication, and then enter your Lithium community Username and Password. This crawling account must have permission to make REST API read calls. This setting is available in your Lithium Community admin section, under Users > Permissions > Make REST API calls with read access.
Click Start Indexing (or Refresh Index when editing the source).
Back on the Sources page, you can review the progress of your Lithium source addition (see Review the State of Sources Available to You).
Schedule source full refresh to maintain your source content up to date (see Modify a Source Schedule).
Ensure source item titles are correctly set in search results by reviewing the title selection sequence (see Decide How Item Titles Are Determined in Search Result Lists).
