A Coveo Insight Panel Classic Component automatically pulls information related to the currently selected Salesforce object to provide users with contextually relevant information. It's the Classic equivalent of the [Coveo Insight Panel Lightning Component](https://docs.coveo.com/en/1028/). This article describes how to add a Coveo Insight Panel Classic Component in a Salesforce Support Console as a subtab component in the right sidebar. . Log in to Salesforce using an account that has the permissions to set up a Salesforce Console for Service, if not already done. . If you don't yet have a console, create one (see [Setting Up a Salesforce Console for Service](https://help.salesforce.com/apex/HTViewHelpDoc?id=console2_setting_up_serviceconsole.htm&language=en_US)). . From the Force.com App Menu, select the console in which you want to create the Coveo Insight Panel Classic Component. . Select a **Case** item, and then click ![Edit-Layout](coveo-for-salesforce/edit-layout-icon.png). . In the **Case Layout** editing box at the top of the page, on the right of the **Case Layout** bar, click the **Custom Console Components** link. . On the **Custom Console Components** page, configure a Coveo Insight Panel Classic Component in the same type of tab (**Sub tab** or a **Primary Tab**) as the one in which cases open in your console. > **Tip** > > You can see how your console is configured to open cases from your console configuration page (**Setup** > **App Setup** > **Create** > **Apps**, and clicking **Edit** on the console line) by looking at the **Choose How Records Display** section. > > ![Salesforce console setup page Choose How Records Display section with options for case account tab behavior in Coveo for Salesforce](:https://docs.coveo.com/en/assets/images/coveo-for-salesforce/attachments/39388536/39357299.png) Under **Primary Tab Components** or **Sub tab Components** > **Right Sidebar** or **Right Sidebar (Knowledge Sidebar)**: .. In **Style**, select **Stack**, the recommended option. .. In **Width (Pixel)**, enter a desired default sidebar width. A value of `400` px is recommended. .. In **Type**, select **Visualforce Page**. .. In **Label**, you can leave the box empty when you want to save the panel real estate, or enter a title such as `Coveo Insight Panel` to clearly identify the purpose of the panel. .. In **Height %**, enter the recommended value, which is `100` %. .. At the top of the page, click **Save** .. In the **Case Layout** editing page, click **Save**. > **Tip** > > You might have to refresh your case to see the Coveo Insight Panel Classic Component. . In the new panel, when the Coveo Insight Panel Classic Component isn't yet configured, click **Set Up a Search Page** in the box that appears to initiate the search page creation process. ![SetUpSearchPage](https://docs.coveo.com/en/assets/images/coveo-for-salesforce/set-up-search-page-resize.png) . On the **Setup Search Page** page that proposes search tabs for the detected index content: .. When you don't want all the proposed tabs (**All Content**, **Chatter Content**, **Salesforce**, and **Salesforce Cases** in the example), deselect the ones you don't want. .. When you want to immediately create more tabs, even for content types that aren't yet indexed, click **More Tabs**, and then select the desired tabs. .. Click **Create Page**. The Insight Panel appears, showing content pulled from the index that's related to the currently selected case. . Select a different case to see the Coveo Insight Panel Classic Component content changes. ## What's next?
